Alternate upper ball joint (p/n 273004) for 1800 and 122 models manufactured 1961 - 1965. The original parts with grease fitting are no longer available, so this solution was created. It comes with precision machined adapter spacer to clear the upper A arm center hole. It bolts right in with this adapter.
